Alright, lets get something straight, the intro business was just something I’d do in my free time, but I saw the money I could make with it. Only if people would actually take it seriously and pay for it. Over 30 people decided to not pay, and just opt out for a free intro. Which is in fact almost unusable without some sort of purchase to remove the watermark.

Besides the obvious intro dilemma I’ve also taken into consideration how much work I’m going to have to be doing this year to keep my grades up. I’ve decided to minimize work that is unnecessary so I can succeed in school so I can get into the college I want to. Then get a nice job doing what I love. I’m deeply sorry, but I have to drop all the free intros and suspend the service from being used. I can’t keep up with the requests, school work, family matters, personal issues, and my relationship with my girlfriend. It’s a lot on my plate and since it’s really just extra work to keep my busy I really don’t have that “free time” anymore.

If the people who paid for the service are interested on what is going to happen then let me tell you. First, if you would like to request a refund, which is only possible if I haven’t started working on your intro yet. Otherwise you can let me balance my times and finish your intro. This however could take a bit longer, and again I am sorry. You’ve already been waiting long enough and this is only making it worse. Hear me out, I have a busy life a wonderful girl friend, trying to go for my dreams, and a family business to run. I’m kinda out of time as it is.

Thanks for understanding, please if you would like to complain about your cancellation. You signed up for something that was free work that I was going to do in my spare time. That time is now taken up with things that affect my life forever.

Alright, time to get serious. I start school tomorrow at 7:20am and I still have a ton of intros to do. Due to the heavy demand this year for getting good grades and I want to be the best I can possibly be so I can eventually go to college. At least the one I want to go to, which just so happens to be Carnegie Mellon. Whether or not I actually get into that college I want to maximize my chances of getting into it. So I’ve made a decision to cancel all the requests that aren’t paid for. I’m terribly sorry if you were expecting an intro, but I cannot promise anything due to my heavy school schedule. I’ve also decided to keep the service closed down.

I won’t be taking any requests whether they are paid or not. I simply cannot promise they will get done quick enough. All current paid clients can either ask for a refund or be able to wait some more while I balance out my schedule. I’ll try my best to complete them, but you have to know that I’m editing others as well.

If you haven’t read the above paragraphs I’ll simplify it for you.

Well due to some broken ID3 tags that I’ve never gotten around to I’ve decided to dedicate today to refreshing all 13 albums currently coming out. This will also fix that problem where not all the songs have album art, but you could have done that yourself if it really bothered you. With this refresh I’ve decided to redo the god-awful album art of Distorting The Old Age. Go check it out on the music page if you want to see the new look, all the music has been refreshed so if you currently have broken ID3 tags with your copy of an album, now is the time to re-download. I’ve also tried to minimize the file size of the downloads by compressing a little extra more. Now, I’m trying to provide music to the masses, but sometimes you have to wait a little to download.

Also new to this little announcement I’m pleased to say Scored Music (Vol. 4) is going to be soon out. Now better than ever, and even with more songs than the last. Packed full with 114 tracks perfect for use with any type of Machinima production; free of cost, free of worry, but you must link back to Sieabah.net somewhere in your machinima or in the description. Alright I’m still swamped with requests to do, and I’m having tons of issues with my After Effects. Not only do half of my plug-ins not work some don’t even work correctly and end up giving me poor results. I do however still have a copy of CS4 which I have been using for the broken plug-ins. If you don’t feel like waiting the extra wait because you’re late for requesting please send me an email and I’ll gladly respond. We can come up with an agreement and hopefully you’ll get your idea created faster!

Now if you know someone who doesn’t check this site, but has requested from Sieabah.net please send them this blog post. If you are one of the people who have submitted within the past month I’m terribly sorry for the wait and I’m trying to work as fast as I can. If you can’t stand the wait please put forth some money so I can keep my services going and you’ll be rewarded with faster service, and even better service than what you’d normally get with the free package. Fairly soon the “free” package will be removed entirely and we will only offer paid options and starter packages which is a demo of our service, but you don’t get many options at all.

I’d also like to announce that I’ve recently gotten a new phone which has email capabilities. This allows me to respond to any email that you send me faster than I normally could because of dependency of a computer. I now can access it anywhere. Hopefully this will improve my communication with clients and up customer satisfaction.

Sorry, due to some problems with billing my site was suspended. Hope this didn’t discourage anyone!

Allow me to explain what’s been going on. Originally I only bought this domain and site for a year, but now that it’s become popular and it’s currently hosting my business I’ve had to renew it. The expiration of the first year was August 4th, then I would have a week to pay before my account is suspended. I contacted my provider a couple weeks before because my price changed from $40 to $80 instantly with no worry. I however managed to get a 50% discount on the price, but the payment day was then moved forward a couple weeks.

When I tried to pay the invoice through my provider it kept trying to do a double discount, which would have been nice (100% off). I’ve had to argue with them and eventually got the problem fixed. Hopefully there isn’t any hidden problems with this site after it’s been suspended. If you find any issues please email me.

As for the current request service it’s still disabled. I still have tons of work to do, and I’ve also fallen ill with some sort of virus which keeps me not far from a tissue box. Lets just say that I’m having a bit of issue concentrating too. If you haven’t been told yet I’m now taking this medicine called Isotretinoin. Which has a load of side effects.

So bare with me, I do have 37 requests. Each intro is usually around 10 – 15 seconds. Which if I were to make each at 13 seconds that’s 8 minutes of straight intro after intro. Which will take a while. If you want to upgrade your package to become one of our priority members and get serviced before any of the free requests. Also to help me with requests on-the-go since I’ve gotten a lot of them while I was on vacation I’ve purchased a Droid X on Verizon Wireless begin_of_the_skype_highlighting     end_of_the_skype_highlighting for email access and other such features. This enabled me to respond faster, and also allows me to post updates, or issues that might be going on with the service or the site itself. It’s just overall a pain sometimes, but I’m trying to do my best.

Let’s just say that there is a lot of work on my hands, and the fact that I’m leaving to go to the beach in about 2 days. Well really 1 day and the 2nd day is driving there. Ugh, if anyone who is interested in getting a “free” service from me I’m going to have to say there is an extremely long wait time. The only way to bypass the wait is to purchase a intro now. I’ve sent this link to everyone who’s given me a request and hope you understand that I’m just one person and didn’t expect to get this many requests at this time. I will however, get them done if you still want them. I’d also like to say that the most recent request made by CineGaming is my 43rd request since making this service public.

Now if you decided to skip all that reading then this is the paragraph to read. I’m currently leaving for vacation on Friday, July 23, 2010. It is a week long vacation to the beach, but I plan to get some work done so I don’t come back swamped with more requests, but the problem is I will not have internet access for that full week. Maybe once or twice, but I do not own a Internet Card, nor do is the place I’m going to be staying at have WiFi. I’m making this announcement to all my clients and possible customers so you don’t rage, or get furious about the wait time. Remember, I’m only one person. I do appreciate you signing up for my service and I’m glad that I can do this work for you. The least you could do is donate, or help advertise this service on forums/blogs that you go to. Hell, you could favorite my Intro and Logo Promo video and put it as the featured video on your youtube. Anything to get my service out there. I’m currently not in the best of positions due to my vacations, and preparations for them to be able to work on all these and get them done within my normal time. I like to have a 1 on 1 with my client and make sure the intro is the best it can possibly be before I move onto the next. You may not agree with my work flow, but it works. It also makes it so they get exactly what they want. Now however I’m going to have to take on 2 – 3 projects at once and if they don’t respond within the allocated time, which is usually 5 days, the request is denied. In case it wasn’t obvious from my last blog post, I’m currently on vacation and can’t do any work. I’m sorry for any of the people who thought they would get their intro quickly, but I’m currently away from my workstation. Around 340 miles from my house to be more exact. I’ve also gotten swarmed with request these past couple of days and had my hits jump exponentially, literally. Well no not really, but it would be awesome wouldn’t it? Last month I only got roughly a little more than 200,000 hits. This month which is not even over yet I have 737851, now this is bound to grow because I somehow get 200,000 per day (as of yesterday).

Anyway back to the main topic of this post. Yes I’m on vacation and I cannot work on any of the 17 requests I’ve gotten. I’m also pleased to announce that I have enough money to keep my site up for another whole year which I’m happy about. I’d like to also mention I’ve managed to make an extra $120 through work and selling websites. Believe me, if you want to really make a difference for this site purchase a website from justhost.com through my referral link. Lets just say you buy a site for around $30, my account gets credited $60 towards future renewals and extended features this site has. So really you’re giving a $60 donation, but only paying $30. You also get a really good web hosting service. I’m personally never had a problem with the support or with my website. Now if you’re a compete web noob you might not understand some errors you have, but all you need to do is use Joomla, or install a site builder. You could also stop by http://w3schools.com and read up on web development.

Man, I get distracted easily… Besides my current vacation that I’m on right now I will be leaving to go to the beach soon after I get back home. So all requests(Free) are going to be put on hold until that vacation is done. Now if I have a lot of down time I might pull out my laptop, and my trusty tablet and do some logo drafts if I get any logo requests. I’ll try to keep the current request queue similar, but I mean making intros isn’t the easiest thing to do on a laptop with a track pad. My tablet isn’t that much different. Just a giant track-pad that I can touch… Yeah it sounds like a 3 inch track pad that can track multi-touch and gestures. Sounds like an “enhanced” track-pad now.

Again I am sorry for the extended wait that everyone who requested has to do, but I haven’t had a vacation all summer so far, so look at it this way. If I relax a bit it gives me that little break I need to come back refreshed. To come back and want to work and create your intros. Which is mostly what I have in my queue. Below is a picture of all the current requests I have. As you can tell I only have one person serious about getting one. If anyone didn’t already know paid requests automatically get put in front of free requests. Unless that free request is one that I’m already working on.
